Well done Mark NOBLE
|
I think he equalled our premier league appearance record yesterday. Now level with Steve POTTS.
Brilliant achievement from the skipper that.
Looking forward to many more.

Re: Well done Mark NOBLE

I said he is a better passer, not achieved more in the game.
"passes most balls 5 yards sideways/backwards"
Mark Noble has completed 487 passes this season with a pass accuracy of 86%, of which 75% were forward passes.

You might want to start watching what actually happens, rather than looking for faults that aren't really there. It's what makes you look a mong.

Norflundon 8:40 Tue Dec 2 Re: Well done Mark NOBLE Parker was decent but the main reason he got plaudits was because of his attitude not his quality........couldn't pass for toffee and that's why none of the top clubs wanted him
Hahahaha........Leave it out for fuck sake

I live WHOs logic.
Noble is a better passer (passes most balls 5 yards sideways/backwards) and so idiots on here find it suitable to compare him to Parker.
Charlton Athletic Player of the Year (1): 2002–03 PFA Young Player of the Year (1): 2003–04 Hammer of the Year (3): 2008–09, 2009–10, 2010–11 Premier League Player of the Month (2): February 2011, November 2011 FWA Footballer of the Year (1): 2010–11 England Player of the Year (1): 2011[70] PFA Premier League Team of the Year (1): 2011–12
Like I said........Fucking idiots.

Good thing he was dropped would have been useless tonight.
Should only ever start at home he gets bulllied and pushed about too much in this league on the road.

What, comparing two hard working defensive midfielders that have captained our side and won HOTY, both known for for covering more ground than others and getting stuck in with tackles...?
Yeah ridiculous.
He might not have reached the peak of Parker, and may never earn a football writers player of the year, but he is a better passer of the ball.

When you said that anyone who couldn't see that we miss noble doesn't understand that football is a team game I completely misunderstood because I thought you meant that, anyone who couldn't see that we miss noble doesn't understand that football is a team game.

I don't think Noble was missed tonight at all.
That said, against a more combative, agile midfield like Swansea have got its imperative we have him back
Horses for courses I suppose.

"By look of it" might be the clue that you are making that up.
The other being "Tonight" meaning I was talking about tonight when there was no questioning at all whether he would be in side. He wasn't going to be.
Watch the game.

I've noticed that you like that, 'you don't understand football' line when someone's view differs from your own. Considering that you needed to have the offside rule explained to you a couple of weeks ago, you might be better off going with the agree to disagree line, or the, I respect your opinion but on this occasion disagree approach.

Re: Well done Mark NOBLE

To be fair Parker had a better shot than Noble, but agree about Noble being a better passer and the rest.
If you can't see what Noble adds to team via his absence tonight, not sure you understand how football is a team game.
